INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR WOMEN

CIIAN‘s goal is to empower and motivate women in various countries to become effective leaders by providing them with practical leadership skills. Under the leadership program, participants will acquire culturally appropriate leadership skills while they engage in interactive participatory learning designed for adults. This interactive training will support women to achieve goals in community sustainability programs, such as, but not limited to:

• Agriculture
  
• Business
  
• Education
  
• Health
  
• Politics
  

While CIIAN focuses on training women groups only (for the International program), training for other groups can be designed upon request.
